I spearheaded small, medium and large projects within university units and institutes, consisting of refurbishments, new build, change management, and transfers from MRC to university. I directed major capital projects, I supervised progress and I contributing on project boards in collaboration with universities and other partners, including MRC Centre for Virology, Institute of Genetics, Molecular Medicine, and MRC Prion Unit. I conducted staff training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance work productivity whilst supported in MRC funded Master degrees.

I headed Defence Medical Services project (MoD) at Midland Medical Accommodation (MMA) of £130M from development of outline to project completion. I steered strategic and transition plans for MMA, including estates, logistics and supply chain, risk assessment, staff training, and resolving HR issues. I oversaw various projects for Oxford University, including chemistry teaching laboratories. I formulated logistics strategies to improve manufacturing processes for Flight Refuelling Limited, refurbishment and extension of factory, fuel farm engineering test centre, and Cobham PLC headquarters.• I led on the PFI building schools for the future project in Leicester on the management of 14 stakeholders by agreed risk profile and action assignment to accomplish business goals.• I completed private manor house project from design to construction within time and budget of £4M and I achieved full satisfaction of client.
