Peak Resources is a nursing home management company based in Cary, NC. They own/operate skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in North Carolina. Since 2003 Peak Resources has grown from 3 to 7 facilities.• Installation and maintenance of the local and wide area network spanning eight locations across North Carolina• Recommend, purchase, install and maintain all servers, desktops, laptops, and tablets• Work with vendors in the implementation and maintenance of industry specific software, including electronic medical health care records. • Install and maintain the wireless network, as well as wireless access for residents and guests• Ensure the security of the network including disaster recovery, system backups and antivirus protection• Configure and maintain Remote Access Server and Terminal Servers• Configure all network users as well as software specific users• Supervise IT Technician, prioritizing, assigning and scheduling workflow• Oversee and maintain telephone systems in all locations
