Developed and implemented a comprehensive outplacement program for approximately 1000 impacted employees. Established 3 outplacement centers with a professional staff of 8. Designed and delivered over 50 workshops. Planned and hosted 3 job fairs with approximately 20 companies participating. Developed an external website which publicizes all events as well as provides up to date information regarding open positions and other vial information.

Responsible for over 1600 professional contractors with an annual spend of approximately $120 million. Managed a team of six professionals ensuring requests were processed timely and within approved guidelines. Over 10,000 orders processed annually through this team, Responsible for ensuring were in place to procure the resources needed. Implemented new Vendor Management System (IQ Navigator) to provide better tracking and reporting.

Responsible for overall programmatic effectiveness and efficiencies as it relates to TVA shared services programs including recruiting, employment, onboarding, Intern Program, relocation services, workforce development, contractor workforce management and fitness for duty. Managed a team of over 30 professionals with a budget of approximately $3.5 million. Responsible for managing $11 million relocation services program. Enhanced the Intern Program to ensure a robust pipeline for hiring. Approximatley 250 interns worked throughout the year with an average conversion rate of 70% and a diversity rate of over 30%.

Responsible for staffing a new Talent Management organization with 55 positions, most of which were new with a business plan of approximately $10 million. Selected to represent Human Resources in the Organization Effectiveness initiative working with McKinsey Consulting to implement recommendations in organization structure, rewards/recognition, performance management and skills assesssment, Sucessfully refocused leadership development for the top 100 executives with a leadership forum designed to give senior and executive leaders regular opportunities for shared experiences on leadership topics with high quality speakers and an interactive experience.

Managed the delivery of human resource programsb for approximatley 3000 employees with a team of 10 consultants located in multiple locations. Programs included performance management, compensation, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, labor relations, organizational development and change management.
