• Accounts payable and accounts receivable. Input invoices and process payment when due.• Reports including balance sheet, cash flow, profit & loss and forecasting.• Contact and interact with clients who have failed to make payments, providing reminders and maintaining client relationship.• Manage payroll, keeping track of employee hours, overtime, and pay rates.• Bank Reconciliation and MYOB Accounts reconciliation (adjustment & changes).• General administrative duties such as: ordering stationery for office, filing, invoicing, lodgement, document preparation.• Assisting in preparation of Annual Financial Statements, Tax Return preparation, Business Activity Statements and PAYG Payment Summaries.• Liaisons with clients and external accountants.• Assisting in Family trust and audit work when required.
