Established a social media analytics program in the AU business which guided innovation, shaped marketing creatives and evaluated digital marketing effectiveness.

Established an advanced shopper research program for the ANZ business which unlocked opportunities in range optimisation, space planning, product concept design, shopper experience and brand loyalty. Consulted complex research methodologies (including eye-tracking, VR, and AI) and managed local and global agency relationships to ensure projects drove in-market results. Optimised internal processes including setting up new research tools and embedding new insights capabilities in the ANZ business.
