Utilized SSO + SOA to integrate 2 external SaaS products to simplify the suitability and sales submission process.- 2 B-D M&As: Transamerica Financial Advisors and Advisor Group. Converted systems and employees. Helped set up new office in FL and facilitated employee hardware. Wrote current & future state for business & IT processes including commissions and advisor benefits.- An email hosting, social media archiving, and compliance monitoring system. Required migration from 2 legacy systems, FINRA compliance and mobile monitoring.- COTS commissions system to replace 4 legacy mainframe systems. Required negotiations with internal and external resources to solve unnecessary legacy complexities.

Coordinates and manages bi-annual software releases of the Voter Registration Information System. The system is an enterprise application used for registering voters, managing elections, tallying results, and conducting the annual statewide census. Acts as the liaison between the user community, 1000+ local election officials and their staff, and the software development team. Facilitates all stages of the software development process and life cycle using both agile and six sigma methods. Documents detailed business requirements and functional specifications and test plans. Facilitates unit testing, user acceptance testing, and beta testing phases.
