She was the main communication point of contact for ACC staff to the Presidential Team.Previously, Susan served as the Director of Meeting Services at The Associated General Contractors of America, a leading association in the construction industry. Susan planned and executed multiple meetings per year with a focus on the VIP board members and executive leaders. She was also responsible for the development and execution of all board of directors matters relating to the Annual Convention, and all other meetings held by the Association.Prior to her work in non-profits, her career in hospitality spanned nearly 10 years with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. She has served in several different capacities including group sales, meetings & special events and F&B operations.
