Direct the administrative and clinical organization of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Resident Assistance Program (RAP) and Student Wellness Program (SWP). Oversight of program efficiency and clinical efficacy. Create and implement strategic plans to ensure programmatic and fiscal development of the programs. Implement and maintain program culture that support the principals of Wellness and Recovery. Act as liaison to maintain collaborative relationships within Rutgers UBHC and external accounts. Establish measurable objectives for service and ensure the programs meet objectives.

Provide regional clinical oversight for both Penn Behavioral Corporate Health EAP in Philadelphia and Penn Medicine Princeton EAP. Recruitment and supervision of clinical staff, monitoring service delivery for clinical effectiveness. Offers account management services and establishes performance measures. Plays a lead role in defining strategic planning and development for new services. Works with Operational Lead to define growth strategies and opportunities.

Manages the EAP; responsible for recruitment and hiring; evaluates and supervises staff administratively and clinically and determines program priorities. Monitors services deliver for effectiveness; establishes performance measures, goals and objectives. Delivers direct clinical services, including, assessments, short-term counseling, authorizations and referrals, case management and utilization reviews.

Provides comprehensive psychological telephonic assessment and referral services to Fortune 500 employees and their families. Conduct full suicide, substance abuse and domestic violence assessments and when indicated, coordinate emergency responses. Collaborate with HR professionals, outpatient/inpatient providers and facilities.

Over twenty years in the behavioral health industry; the last 5 of which I have been the operational leader of the Employment Assistance Program at Lahey Health Behavioral Services. I provide all clinical intervention/prevention services, including initial assessments, brief counseling, crisis intervention and referrals. I provide direct clinical and consultation services, collaborate with external providers and set expectations for provision of services with new contracts. Conduct fitness for duty evaluations.I facilitate workshops that promote healthy living habits, including stress management and communication skills.
