I help define the issue and offer solutions, bringing my vast HR and business experience to your benefit. How cool is that! I also lead the outplacement line of business -- helping exited employees land on their feet.Other roles held: Sr. HR Business Advisor (consultant to clients) and Director of Affirmative Action Services.MRA is a premiere Employers Association serving 3000 Employers/client companies representing over 1M employees. As a line of business leader I am responsible for revenue growth, client retention, successful product mix, and delivering great value and service. Work across multiple industries: manufacturing, financial, professional services, non-profit, and high-tech. Meet with client company leaders to help define and address their Recruitment, Retention, Outplacement, Training, and/or HR strategy needs. I enjoy my job!
