Creative by nature and interested in everything that surrounds me since I can remember, I have always needed to deepen my knowledge in various areas.Now that I look back, I recognise that I have always felt an intrinsic need to grow. So much so that at the age of 16 I started my professional career in the banking sector where my capacity for work organisation and my natural tendency for projects stood out.In my professional career, I have over 22 years of experience with a great focus on the areas of Innovation and Digital Transformation and I have been working for the last 3 years as an IT Project Manager at Polícia Judiciária.The constant search for continuous improvement led me to develop solid knowledge in areas of project management as well as European funding programs.All this knowledge has allowed me to successfully implement several important projects, from which I highlight, the digitalization of all administrative processes supporting the investigations in the PJ and the implementation of the public procurement platform using technologies such as Blockchain and RPA.I have a degree in Business Management and my mission is to contribute to change through the way resources are managed and recognized as well as over the implementation of innovative solutions.I intend to design new business processes, inspire leaders with purpose, design innovative strategies and implement IT projects that include a vision of the future based on human values.
