Working as a corporate trainer while overseeing and managing Sales Leaders and teams in 11 states to increase sales, recruiting, and leadership development. Providing one on one and group coaching sessions. Writing and presenting training and speaking at group events and online. Helping top sales leaders recognize and improve ROI, time management, goal setting and achievement, and developing additional leaders within their teams.

Positions include Customer Service, Crew Support, Team Supervisor, and Operations Coordinator. Duties in all positions required strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, EzRez, and Adobe. Attention to detail, problem-solving through investigation of systems and records, interpersonal relations and coaching, training, and escalated customer relations were also crucial.
