Managed department operations for a staff of ten+ technologists in an acute-care trauma center environment providing nuclear medicine services 24/7. Oversight included work flow, staffing, recruitment, training, competency testing, equipment selection, billing accuracy, product inventory, quality control, quality assurance programs, policy & procedure updates, regulatory compliance with required agencies (State of California, Joint Commission, Federal EPA). Participation in various hospital committees representing Nuclear Medicine/Imaging Services.

Procedures included diagnostic & therapeutic studies in accordance with established protocols.
