My primary goal is to help individuals and business owners identify financial solutions and improve their well-being. Throughout my career I have helped business owners and executives create and manage retirement plans customized to their company’s needs. That can include maximizing savings options for owners; helping them mitigate risk as an investment fiduciary; and sometimes it means engaging employees to improve financial wellness and reduce financial stress. I’m also helping companies explore Cash Balance Plans and other strategies to significantly increase savings options. As Plancorp’s Chief Business Development Officer, I lead the Business Solutions division and channels for firm-wide business development in existing and developing markets. The Business Solutions division is made up of specialized teams leading retirement plans, succession planning and investment accounts for non-profits. Our wealth management clients often leverage these dedicated teams to connect their individual financial strategy to that of their business which is often their largest asset.
