I have a background with more than 35 years in education beginning in business education, moving to share responsibilities as a technology coordinator/business educator, and then moving to full time technology coordinator. I currently have my dream job as the Director of Instructional Technology at Harrison Public Schools in northwest Arkansas. I am a member of the Technology Infused Education (TIE) Cadre as well as the Arkansas Society for Technology in Education, Arkansas Association of Instructional Media (AAIM) and Delta Kappa Gamma (DKG). I have presented numerous times at the Hot Springs Technology Institute as well as the Arkansas Association for Instructional Media Conference and most recently at the Schools Without Walls Conference and TICAL. In 2012, I was selected as the Technology Leader of the Year by both the Arkansas Association of Instructional Media and Arkansas Society of Technology in Education. I have developed and continue to develop numerous training modules for TIE and use those as the foundations for my professional development training sessions. I make all of this available to others because it's not what you know, but what you share!
