Supervise activities of 5 Billing Coordinators, 2 Budget Coordinators, 1 Accounts Payable Coordinator & 1 Accounts Receivable Coordinator. Train employees. Resolve problems regarding billings and work in progress. Adhoc reporting as requested. GL account reconciliation. Prepare billing and cheque run schedules. Maintain Client, Job and Vendor data in computer system.

Collection calls to clients. Process client credit applications and evaluate credit reports. Preparation of accounts receivable reports. Computerized cash applications and bank reconciliation. Customer Service - responding to client queries regarding their account, orders and invoicing.
