At 18-years-old I founded a national non-profit organization, Operation Not Alone, out of my freshman college dorm room. Today, I manage a 6-figure budget of monetary and in-kind donations, a team of 5, our college internship program, speaking gigs, corporate partners, donor relations, social media marketing, and making sure our services reach the hands of our key demographic. Operation Not Alone serves our military members, veterans, and the community with a strong focus on mental health. My sweet spot of skills include: social media marketing, content creation, public speaking, volunteer recruitment and retention, donor relations, building meaningful partnerships, and making people feel seen and inspired to do more. In addition to this work, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Leadership and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University.
