Hold strategy sessions to create win strategy, themes, discriminators, and SWOT for the current opportunity. Communicate with all stakeholders and team members. Identify the value we bring and how to present it as a compelling offer in our written response. Document the gap analysis. Start early and finish early. • Proposal Management - Lead the team through the schedule of meetings (gap analysis, strategy, kickoff, status calls, pink, red, gold teams, signoffs, lessons learned, debriefs). Create compliance matrix, schedule, author outline, and proposal mockup within 48-72 hours of RFP release. Work with team members to include win themes and value proposition in written content. Edit proposal content to enhance flow and compliance. Supervise final production and delivery. Create content and team training on needed proposal topics. Research and file content in reuse library.

Specialize in areas that increase proposal scoring and enhance compelling factors.• Resumes –Create resume format and tailor resumes to fit proposal requirements. Define the resume scoring criteria and create a check list of the perfect resume. Interview key personnel to discuss and verify their applicable experience according to the check list. Skills required in the solution are highlighted in bold type to assure the scoring person sees that we provide people that meet and exceed requirements.• Past Performance - Created and maintained an entire data base of past performance information and current contracts on Share Point. Create check list of PWS requirements on the current proposal to submit to our program managers of proposed past performance contracts. This documents how the reused past performance needs to be updated for the current proposal submission and saves time in the rewrite of the past performance to attain the highest scoring.
