Hold strategy sessions to create win strategy, themes, discriminators, and SWOT for the current opportunity. Communicate with all stakeholders and team members. Identify the value we bring and how to present it as a compelling offer in our written response. Document the gap analysis. Start early and finish early. • Proposal Management - Lead the team through the schedule of meetings (gap analysis, strategy, kickoff, status calls, pink, red, gold teams, signoffs, lessons learned, debriefs). Create compliance matrix, schedule, author outline, and proposal mockup within 48-72 hours of RFP release. Work with team members to include win themes and value proposition in written content.
