Coached and support HR Advisors and analysts. Provided advisory and consulting skills to managers on areas such as performance management, corrective discipline, workplace accommodations and labour relations.

Maternity leave replacement as HR Manager for wholly-owned subsidiary Inventure Solutions. Participated as a member of the senior leadership team and managed two direct reports. Developed effective relationships with both leaders and employees to provide effective HR support.

Provided HR Generalist and consulting support to assigned client areas. Key activities included recruitment and onboarding support, employee relations guidance and coaching and the development of divisional HR plans.

Maternity leave coverage as HR Manager to Inventure (a wholly owned subsidiary of Vancity). Inventure provided all IT related services and support and comprised of approximately 200 employees. Provided consulting support and leadership as the sole HR practitioner.

HR consulting to assigned IT division following a complete merger into TELUS. Provided support with this transition and managed large scale downsizing initiative.

Managed an HR team at ISMBC then TELUS Enterprise Solutions, both subsidiaries of TELUS providing IT outsourcing solutions. Led the recruitment function and supported merger & acquisition activities.

Primarily focused on technical recruitment during a period of high growth. Led the recruitment of co-op students from across Canadian universities and supported new graduate recruitment.
