•Understanding and representing the customer’s needs as part of providing IT services that meet or exceed those business needs•Knowledge of ServiceNow applications for Incident, Change, Problem, CMS, Facilities, Knowledge, CMDB and reports/metrics, as well as Performance Analytics•Perform day to day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform•Manage the review of the details of all reported incidents to determine whether they constitute an IS Incident•Participate in the process for incident follow-up including communication, reporting and working with the customer to ensure adequate measures have been taken to prevent re-occurrence•Provide timely incident updates and ensure that all engagement and communication protocols are followed•Creating ServiceNow reports, dashboards & homepages. Utilize Performance Analytics to collect historical data•Work with business users to identify and refine business requirements and workflows•Performing upkeep on existing solutions (business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, workflows, dashboard &reporting, data imports, service catalog development, etc.)•Managing users, groups and roles•Managing client scripts, UI policies, UI actions and Data policies•Managing data with Tables, the CMDB, Import Sets, and Update Sets•Creating Workflow activities and approvals. Implement new workflows that use a variety of activities to understand how records are generated from workflows•Performing migration activities Dev to QA, QA to Prod•Defining Service Level Agreements SLAs, notifications, and reports.
