Consistently balancing fiscal controls and program needs is a skill that Susan has perfected. As you may already know, standards and controls do not always align with program needs. Susan has worked diligently to find solutions and has a special knack for bringing people with opposing views together. I have found her to be a very genuine and caring person with a multitude of abilities. I have had the pleasure to work on many projects with Susan and collaborated on ideas that have flourished into assets for the Agency. Susan has set goals for herself and in the non- profit arena.
