This role was responsible for the compliance training and accreditation business areas and overseeing operations in head office including projects, marketing, contracts, international and administration business areas.Responsibilities:• Managing policy development, implementation and continuous improvement for RTO and ISO standards across all business areas• Developing international business areas, negotiating and managing contracts and relationships• Managing and monitoring organisational budget • Identifying and managing State and National funding applications. • Developing and managing business development in the international market• Managing ICT platform across all business operations. • Negotiating and managing business contracts including ICT, HR and partnerships.• Establishing and maintaining stakeholder and organisation partnerships • Organising and facilitating AUSTSWIM Accreditation Committee meetings and implementing agreed actions. • Providing support and direction to teams across the business• Generating reports for presentation to executive management and Board

Reporting to the CEO, this position oversaw the individual states business centres along the Melbourne based national operations. My role was key to the development of relationships with AUSTSWIM stakeholders and had a strong focus on strategic and operational planningResponsibilities:• Managing multiple business centre operations, including recruitment, financials, program planning, conference, administration and ICT platforms• Liaising with sub agents and course providers in the delivery of AUSTSWIM courses• Developing and monitoring operational budgets • Managing customer feedback process, recommending and implementing actions • Contributing to the ongoing development and management of the national customer management system • Managing multiple projects relating to research, ICT platforms, resource development and international operations• Ensuring quality processes comply with RTO and accreditation standards
