Digital Brand Manager (North America, Retail) at Essity, a leading global hygiene and health company dedicated to improving well-being through products and solutions, essentials for everyday life.Digital Brand Manager, North America, Consumer: Responsible for developing and executing the owned, earned and paid media strategy for the TENA North America Retail Business, focusing on paid search, media, social, PR and omnichannel tactics:• E-Commerce: Develop and execute the paid search and media strategy for TENA at key e-retailers in North America, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and key drug and food customers, focused on driving incremental e-commerce sales.• Omnichannel: Develop and execute TENA’s omnichannel strategy for North America in partnership with the Customer Marketing Manager, leveraging digital tactics to drive brick and mortar sales.• Direct-To-Consumer: Develop the digital marketing strategy (paid and organic) and set the KPIs for TENA’s North American Direct-to-Consumer business with a focus on driving direct revenue, trial and subscription.• PR and Branding: Work alongside PR agency to develop and execute the strategy for TENA North America’s owned and earned media initiatives, including social media, influencer marketing and news bureau.
