Responsible for 813 Macy stores in 45 states, Washington DC, Guam and Puerto Rico and 40 Bloomingdale stores in 12 states with $25.0 billion in annual sales. Merged seven May Co. nameplates and five Macy’s operating divisions into seven Macy’s operating divisions plus Bloomingdale’s in 2006. Subsequently, in 2008, merged seven Macy’s operating divisions.

Responsible for 75 stores primarily in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania with $2.1 billion in annual sales. Lazarus was merged into the Rich’s operating group in January 1995.

Responsible for 24 stores primarily located in Georgia, Alabama, Memphis and South Carolina with $1.0 billion in annual sales. Was awarded Federated’s Division of the Year in 1994.

Responsibilities included Store Planning, Visual, Stores Operating Expense, Store Merchandising and Customer Service for a business with approximately $1.1 billion in annual sales.

Her retail career began at Bloomingdale's as an Assistant Buyer in Textiles. Subsequently, she held various positions at Bloomingdale's including buyer, store divisional merchandise manager, general manager, merchandise vice president, group merchandise manager and vice president of stores, store design and visual.
