Mrs. Goss serves as a liaison for client engagement within the Training Academy, assisting clients with platform on-boarding and managing the LMS platform. Prior to this, Mrs. Goss held various positions within the Asset Management Department – from Compliance Coordinator to Asset Manager, and a role as a Data Analyst utilizing Tableau. Before joining OCCH in 2005, Mrs. Goss served as the Contract Administrator for MAHMA (Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association). Mrs. Goss has a Bachelor of Science with a dual major in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Franklin University. She is a Housing Credit Certified Professional through the National Association of Home Builders, a Specialist in Housing Credit Management through the National Affordable Housing Management Association, Asset Management Specialist through NeighborWorks America, and a Tableau Qualified Associate.
