As a Legislative Services Coordinator at City of Surrey, Susan currently is taking on more challenging tasks such as being part of the team to assist with drafting and finalizing Regular Council Land Use agenda and committee agendas. As well, Susan coordinates, facilitates, and take minutes for Council committee meetings.

Susan worked as a Clerk 3 in the Legislative Services department. She was responsible for processing and registering development variance permits and temporary use permits.

Susan has worked at City of Burnaby in the Office of the City Clerk as a Council Support Assistant. She supported Administrative Officers with compiling agendas for committee and council meetings. As well, has helped distribute those agendas to appropriate committee and council members on a weekly basis.

Susan started working at Office of the City Clerk as a Clerk Typist 2 supporting administrative tasks such as filing documents, transferring phone calls to appropriate departments, assisting the public at the counter with disputing tickets and signing documents.

At Math4Me, Susan helps students, who are in elementary and high school, on their academics. She also supervises mentors and students in each tutoring session. As well as take attendance of each student and record their activities done in each tutoring session. In addition, she also debriefs with new mentors and new students who just joined Math4Me.

Susan was an intern at Cantrav Services and assisted in event programs and operations. She also helped on-site on a couple of events. Such tasks involved was preparing service orders, program grids, crosschecking itineraries, and on-site assistance such as hotel dispatch.
