• Utilizing key experience in network start-up, helped facilitate The Hub network launch in October of 2010 with image campaign spots, sweepstakes spots, integrated marketing initiatives, series launch campaigns and sustained on-air promo campaigns• Collaborated with outside design studios on multiple promo campaigns and original shoots • Lead writer/producers, editors and graphic designers in developing ideas for on-air and off-air promo campaigns, as well as creating strategies for gaining a hold in the kids television landscape• Received a Promax Gold award for creating a My Little Pony launch campaign spot that went viral

Lead multi-disciplinary teams in creating the launch campaigns and premiere weekend hosted interstitials for two of Disney Channel's highest profile tent pole franchises - Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie and Camp Rock. With 11.4 million viewers, the Wizards Movie premiere was the most-watched cable event of 2009. Additionally, implemented a strategies and communication matrix essential in developing new business relationships to grow Ignition's broadcast marketing division.

The key tenets of this position involved creative innovation, multi-divisional collaboration and communication, teamwork and team building, thoughtful leadership, and creative and professional flexibility. Working with the VP/Creative Director, I was tasked with defining the marketing strategy and building marketing campaigns for many of Disney Channel’s highest-profile original franchises including High School Musical, Camp Rock, Hannah Montana and Wizards of Waverly Place. My campaign success rate was notably consistent, with nearly every launch, special event or targeted stunt garnering #1 ratings across all key demos.

Lead a tight-knit, stealthy group of gifted creatives in developing award-winning projects that included ad sales/integrated marketing campaigns, Upfront presentations, targeted interstitials, music videos and syndication spots. Clients included Spike TV, Paramount, ABC Family, Telepictures, Food Network and Fine Living.

Developed and implemented creative strategies for television launch campaigns, sales presentations, digital marketing spots and syndication spots for clients that included ABC Cable Networks Group, Buena Vista Television, Sony Television and MGM Domestic Television

Directed a top-notch team of writer/producers, editors and outside vendors in creating on-air and off-air promotional material for The WB's highest profile dramas, comedies and reality series, including Dawson’s Creek, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Roswell, Pop Stars and the Friday night comedy block.

Conceptualized and executed the on-air campaign for The WB's most talked-about premiere event - Dawson's Creek - one of the most successful launches in the network's history. Starting with Paula Cole's "I Don't Want to Wait," developed the strategy of using contemporary music to promote young adult programming which later became a much-heralded trademark of The WB.
