Hired to coordinate growing marketing and research needs. Responsible for implementing innovative marketing strategies that led to increased exposure and positive recognition. Hired to speak to international conference in Toronto on Market Research strategies.

Responsibilities included coordinating the efforts of an eight-member Marketing and Research department. Prioritizing and coordinating production of client proposals and subsequent presentations. This included strategic planning, writing and ascertaining relevant case studies. Proactively and strategically involved in the development of a fully integrated national contact management system. Established guidelines and enrolled GVA World wide members to participate in the assemblage and distribution of international statistics for publication as well as GVA web site access. Provided statistical information for corporate communications, client proposals, periodic market reports and comprehensive building agency performance/comparable building studies. Coordinated all on-line information retrieval systems and reference publications to create in-depth company profiles for new business development. Provided direction and education to all echelons of management, sales, and support staff on the accumulation, distribution and dissemination of market information. Instrumental in the creation, implementation and training of an integrated real estate database system.
