About Susan Monaghan

After many years leading Sales and Customer Service organizations, I made a switch to HR. The move was inspired by my own leadership journey and a chance meeting many years ago with the woman who was the CHRO of Cisco. While I wish I had found my calling earlier, I am here now. I thrive on change, solving complex problems, empowering people, building bridges pushing boundaries and doing the right thing. I have led HR and enjoyed it immensely and am now working on building the best candidate experience in the world (yep, we will get there) so that our candidates have an epic experience every step of the way and become passionate music loving Sonos employees and/or customers. I feel extremely lucky. .
