After working for 18 years in the airline industry, I decided to make made a big change and I earned my real estate license in 2004. I began my career and worked with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for the first 4 years. I made the switch to RE/MAX Executive Realty towards the end of 2009 and remain very happy with my chosen brokerage firm. The local market peaked sometime in 2005 while I was still learning the business. Since then, we have seen home prices plummet and the business itself has become more difficult for all involved.Somehow, through it all, I was able to build a solid business from referrals and hard work. Approximately 50% of the local agents do 3-4 transactions per year.
