Supervise the Physical, Chemical and Quantometer Laboratories within budget and agreed levels of service.Maintain all elements/sections of the Lewisport ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 Certifications,Function as a Lead Auditor for the Lewisport facility,Act as Lewisport Rolling Mill’s Management Representative for all Quality System Registrar’s,Ensure that all current and new calibration instruments are verified as outlined in the Quality system, all documentation is maintained per ISO retention guidelines and available for auditors review, and that all instruments are calibrated/verified per work instruction or OEM requirements,Facilitate the development of training requirements for Lewisport employees,Provide standardized quality system guidance to and with all Aleris sites,Provide Technical assistance, as required, to Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to enable Lewisport to achieve its business plan.Develop the capabilities of my direct reports through effective task assignments, coaching, and reviews,
