About Susann Bock
My origin is based in IT, but I decided to move on at first to sales and later to training. Being a trainer and coach for sales and leadership for 10 years, gave me the opportunity to work in a close relationship with sales leaders and develop their personal skills while leveraging my knowledge. All this experience I am now using to develop meaningful blended training content for Ricoh Europe and to coach the Learning & Development departments in the different countries during the implementation. The future of learning is blended with a strong focus on virtual trainings with VR and AR.
