Although my primary responsibility is client projects, I am also responsible for marketing and office management. I am a lead designer and project manager. I work with clients from the initial interview and survey through space planning and design concepts. I oversee the creation of pricing documents and if the client prefers to bid out the project, can communicate with builders if questions arise. I work in tandem with the architect on additions and whole house remodels. I provide interior elevations and details thoroughly describing the design. Generally I select or provide input on client selections of finishes and fixtures, including paint, tile, flooring, counters, plumbing and lighting. Furniture plans are included in all of our documents as part of the design. I have helped furnish and accessorize projects based on our furniture design when the client needs assistance.I have created RD Architecture's CAD standards and templates as well as the company's digital project file system. I maintain our houzz.com account and answer design questions from the community.I am on site at all our architectural photo shoots and work with professional photographers to frame out final shots. I work with InDesign and Power Point software to create project sheets and portfolios for our marketing collateral.

I designed furniture plans for clients homes, designed custom furniture and helped select accessories. I managed client files, handled monetary transactions, and maintained our manufacturer and fabric library.
