Susannah is an Associate, in the New Homes Residential Team at Knight Frank in Birmingham. She has over 25 years of experience in the sale, marketing and valuation of residential property, specialising in the disposal of new homes, residential and mixed use schemes.Prior to joining Knight Frank, Susannah spent ten years at the global real estate firm Colliers International, where she was an Associate Director for the Advisory and Restructuring Team, where she utilised her extensive knowledge to provide, land owners, lenders, and financial institutions, with a coordinated strategic approach to the marketing and sale of residential property and developments.Susannah has previously undertaken consultancy work for major house builders, particularly in the Midlands area and has a wealth of experience in the sale of new homes to both private individuals and investment clients. Her experience was initially gained as a new homes sales executive for a national developer, selling on both green and brown field sites. In addition, Susannah has spent seven years undertaking a large variety of projects as an Associate for an International Property Consultants, concentrating on the management, pricing, sales and marketing strategies for a wide range of residential schemes.
