Susannah is a Partner in the Blake Morgan Thames Valley Private Client team based in the Oxford office with over 20 years’ legal experience, initially as a litigator, and 13 years’ in the field of private client.Susannah has a breadth of experience in a variety of contentious and also non-contentious private client work, including estate planning (drafting and updating Wills, advising on the use of trusts and tax planning to protect wealth) and estate administration (probates and intestacies). She also has considerable experience in handling issues related to clients’ mental capacity and making applications to the Office of the Public Guardian and the Court of Protection, including the creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Orders. Susannah acts as professional executor, attorney and trustee.
