I managed a public affairs campaign that resulted $2.2 million in public funding for tourism marketing in Florida – in a year where state budgets were cut across the board. My team built a coalition of hundreds of Florida businesses dependent on tourism to the state. By working with leaders from across the state, we influenced public opinion and secured votes through media relations, op-eds, influencer outreach, speeches and one-to-one communication.
