Effective and Efficient Project Management & Execution to lead assigned project Assemble, engage and lead project team(s) globally/remotely Collaborative interaction with internal/external customers to define project deliverable Data measurement and analysis, participation in strategic decision making. Regularly seek feedback from team members AND sponsors/stakeholders to assess effectiveness and make adjustments Establish a strong reporting/monitoring process to track projects against objectives/deliverable Expeditiously identify, surface and resolve conflicts/project issues (Kill-Cure-Continue) Achieve critical project deliverable (e.g., cost, quality, capability, etc.) and complete assigned projects on established/business critical timelines (as per project charters)
