ReFi Lisbon was the first node of ReFi DAO, established to create and engage the local community around ReFi (Regenerative Finance), by organizing events, fostering connections, and catalyzing initiatives that use technology to generate positive social and environmental impact.I have been involved from the start in various capacities, including event organization and communication support. Currently, I lead the initiatives related to the Impact pillar, which involve activations encouraging environmental preservation and financial inclusion.

In charge of Communication and Marketing with the mission of positioning, strengthening and boosting the impactMarket brand on a global level as an innovative solution for the distribution of Unconditional Basic Income (UBI) through Blockchain and cryptocurrencies for people in situations of social vulnerability. Scope that includes its own channels and media channels in which the brand is present.As Community Manager, the mission is to expand the use of the impactMarket app, especially in Latin America, helping even more communities and organizations and generating real impact in the eradication of extreme poverty in the world.

I could contribute with the committee's communication strategy and activities to promote our projects and relevant topics to our employees, and also by helping to organize internal events and supporting the committee's management.Special guest in the Accor's Global Convention in Dubai, UAE (2018) focused in gender equality, representing South America.

- Content strategy (both promotional and editorial) for the AccorHotels.com B2B and B2C channels in South America, including websites, e-mail marketing and APP.- SEO strategy for AccorHotels, which is the main source for AccorHotels.com. Managing content creation and optimization with the local agency, developing and coordinating communication plans and partnership with influencers and exchanging best practices with the content teams around the world.- Data analysis of the defined KPIs to follow the results and keep optimizing the strategiesSPECIAL PROJECTS AND COMMITTEES- Responsible for the CO2 offset project issued by AccorHotels' direct web channels in South America, which resulted in the planting of 200 trees in Peru and which will continue to contribute annually to the reduction of the company's carbon footprint.- Member of JO & JOE COMMITTEE, actively participating in the "tropicalization" of this new brand to be developed in South America.- Participant in the Co-Mentoring project, being mentored and at the same time mentoring Roland Bonadona (Former CEO AccorHotels Americas) for a period of 6 months.- Relevant contributions to the Diversity & Inclusion strategy in South America aligned with the leaders of the related scopes in the region.

As one of the Brazilian cultural representatives at the Disney's Magic Kingdom Park, I helped "make dreams come true" giving assistance (aligned with the Excellence Disney' Standards) for guests from the whole world in Portuguese, English and Spanish.I also supported the teams in charge of crowd control during the main events of the park (shows, parades and fireworks).
