Engagement Director
CurrentE Source provides independent research, advisory, and consulting services to utilities, major energy users, and other key players in the retail energy marketplace. Its mission is to advance the efficient and environmentally sound use of energy.As an Engagement Director I serve as a primary point of contact for utility customers, acting as a concierge into all of the E Source products, services, research, tools, and consulting. My focus is to understand our members' needs and how to meet them through engagement with the appropriate E Source solutions and trainings. I am responsible for overall account management, identifying sales opportunities, providing superior customer service, conducting onboarding, ongoing member training and product demos, providing input to Marketing and Research regarding customer perceptions and needs and maintaining the E Source brand.
