Project Manager of the Somaliland Development Fund Phase 2, a USD 50m multi-donor fund aimed at supporting the Government of Somaliland by funding projects that are fully aligned to the National Development Plan. The SDF is currently funded by the UK, Denmark, the Netherlands and Norway, and provides funding to projects in various sectors such as roads, water, agriculture, fisheries, and livestock. The management of the SDF Secretariat is contracted to BMB Mott MacDonald and covers the full project life cycle from project proposal development and procurement to financial management and M&E.

Coördinatie van het PLATO project (plato.be). PLATO is een lerend netwerk waarbij kmo-bedrijfsleiders / verantwoordelijken van groeibedrijven maandelijks samenkomen voor ervaringsuitwisseling, kennisoverdracht en netwerking. De groepen van een 15-tal mensen worden begeleid door een ervaren peter/meterteam van drie. Verantwoordelijk voor verkoop en organisatie van het traject.

Mongolia

- Cooperated with representatives of the Mongolian Ministry of Environment and Green Development to assist in the management and monitoring of the Netherlands-Mongolia Trust Fund for Environmental Reform (NEMO2), a program that supported Mongolia’s long-term strategy for balancing economic growth with sustainable natural resource use and environmental management- Worked on the Environmental Master Plan for Mongolia, mapping of donors in the environmental sector, and updating the NEMO website - Wrote or co-wrote comprehensive quarterly reports, quarterly newsletters, and TORs as well as reviewed consultants’ reports and publications- Co-wrote the World Bank Implementation Completion Report that covers all years of NEMO2

Mongolia

- Researched the various subsidy mechanisms applied in Mongolia for delivering air pollution reduction measures- Delivered the report ‘Subsidy Mechanisms for Improved Stoves and other Domestic Energy Appliances’- Received a certificate after completing a training program on stove production
