Rail asset strategy with overall responsibility for the tactical planning and day-to-day execution of rail movements and rail asset optimization for all TPC locations. Manage TPC fleet including sizing, make-up and design consistent with annual and long term operating plans. Provide direction to switching, loading, billing/data management clerks and repair contractors. Maintain and adjust estimates for feed-stock via rail. Report costs and KPIs. Provide logistical analysis. Coordinate emergency response for reduction or repair of overloaded, leaking or bad ordered cars. Streamlined processes for shipment scheduling and other work processes. Oversight of repair (mechanical data) and in-plant switching.

Provide exceptional customer service. Able to effectively manage a high volume workload. Coordinate rail and truck shipments of Butene-1, Isobutane, High Purity Isobutylene, Light Olefins, Raff, Polyblend and Fuel Oil from multiple locations. Work with Invoicing.approximately 20% of the time.

Provide internal and external customers with exceptional service Arrange warehouse transfers and customer orders for multiple locations Coordinate and direct off-site finished goods packaging activities, monitor/replenish packaging supplies based on forward orders, forecasts and procurement lead-time. Negotiate freight rates for all customer shipments Coordinate barge loading with customer, plant warehouse and loading personnel, Port Freeport, stevedores, barge line and trucking company. Submit purchase requisitions and approve sales department invoices for day-to-day activities such as freight, packaging supplies, railcar leases, railcar invoices (UP) Handle customer shipments by rail, barge, vessel, TL & LTL shipment Order to cash processing of customer orders.. Resolve disputes with Union Pacific, other carriers and customers Reconcile inventories monthly, provide weekly and monthly sales reports, handle settlements with customer for metal extracted from our alloy. Take orders by phone, email and fax. Stay in contact with customers about forecast and forward orders. Utilize an ERP system similar to SAP called Ross Create/Maintain standard operating procedures for the sales department, have provided training to several (backups) Man sales office when VP of Sales is travelling on business (25% to 35% of the time)

Able to manage an extremely heavy desk on a daily basis which included getting orders in the system in a timely manner, providing information for three sales managers, tracking inventory, and providing customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
