ACCOMPLISHMENTS:* Played key role in the growth from $38 million raised to more than $60 million for the Walk to End Alzheimer's.* Nearly tripled the online giving revenue by implementing new fundraising tools, strategic email plans, and social media. * Annually assisted in the re-launch of 650+ Walk to End Alzheimer's event web sites on TeamRaiser and in the execution of overall online communication for those events.* Developed and executed training curriculum and materials to assist chapters in learning the new tools and features available in their event web sites. * Assisted in the online fundraising system and database transition from Kintera to Convio, and in the launch of a new online community platform using Small World Labs.DESCRIPTION:I was the lead training and support resource for online registration, fundraising and eCRM systems (Blackbaud Luminate/Convio TeamRaiser) for the Alzheimer's Association's Constituent Event programs nationwide. I planned, directed and managed the implementation of online constituent events fundraising programs, including Walk to End Alzheimer's (formerly Memory Walk), The Longest Day, Blondes vs. Brunettes, ALZ Stars, 3rd party events and new event programs. I built and delivered online event marketing strategies, methodologies, and guidelines to increase the online annual Walk revenue from approximately $11M/yr. to $30M/yr. during my tenure.I developed, implemented, and managed all training curricula and materials for the Walk to End Alzheimer's online fundraising program and managed daily online customer service inquiries and troubleshooting with nearly 80 chapters nationwide. In addition, I managed relationships with online vendors and other office departments for strategic planning, day-to-day problem solving, customer service, and event implementation.
