For the last 23 years I have had the pleasure of working in recruitment, covering a wide spectrum of disciplines with a primary focus on Sales & Marketing in the Consumer market. My focus over the last 3 years has shifted to the global arena, with a specific emphasis on the United States, where I played a key role in driving the growth of the consumer division. Recent hires include Senior Director Marketing, Head eCommerce, Category & Insight Director, Chief Revenue Officer, VP Sales, and Digital Marketing Director. Prior to this I ran my own business before handing the reins to my business partner to raise (and school through COVID!) my 4 children. Joining Nigel Wright is the next step in my professional journey, working for a consumer-focused organization to facilitate team growth in Leeds and on a global scale whilst leading our Executive Sales and Marketing division.
