My training and certifications include Presence-Based® Coaching, System Dynamics for Organizations and Individuals (SDOI), Integrative Enneagram iEQ9, Aephoria Solutions (Enneagram), Enneagram and Conscious Living Certificate with Russ Hudson, CPEnneagram Academy practitioner, Somatic Experiencing International (SEI) in practitioner certification process.My coaching and facilitating toolbox includes work with mindfulness, SE (somatic experiencing), language and adult development theories, well-being, trauma healing, qigong, breathwork, constellation mapping and complexity theory. Coaching conversations take place virtually or in person. Work experience includes landscape design and studies, coaching, business development, wellness modalities, marketing, sales, human resource consulting, leadership development, event planning, and program management. IG supports the conscious development of individuals, companies and initiatives. I co-own, manage and steward an Asheville area holistic retreat center, Bend of Ivy Lodge (BOI - http://bendofivylodge.com). BOI is a unique nature-focused retreat, training, and event venue. Our clients include corporate, training, coaching and leadership groups. Clients are intentional organizations, healers, thought leaders, wisdom keepers, spiritual teachers, and change makers.
