CurrentLead a global team of writers to deliver extensive help, onboarding, videos, Trailhead, solutions, and developer content to prepare Data Cloud for its next level of explosive growth and deep integration into all Salesforce products. My teams have been at the vanguard of proving and improving operational rigor across Content Experience, with a redesigned V2MOM program, storypointing standardization, increased resourcing fluidity, dedicated content strategy, deep partnerships with Go-To-Market and field teams, and cross-cloud storytelling. My teams' rigorous operational model are helping CX unlock writer productivity, measure content value, and deliver quickly.* Scaled the Data Cloud doc library from a handful of pilot PDFs to a vast library of ~2000 help pages, 23 Trailhead modules with a million completions, 8 videos, 9 implementation guides, and hundreds of pages of developer content. Data cloud docs met skyrocketing customer demand, with content views increasing 173% from 160,569 in June 2022 to 278,240 in October 2022, and another 111% a year later to 588,000 in October 2023. * Drives Salesforce Equality and Ethics Programs: Sue led CX's Inclusive Product Language program that remediated thousands of noninclusive terms in our content and reduced bias in our products. She has been a member of Salesforce's Ethical & Humane Use Board since 2020, weighing in on critical policy decisions. She founded and led CX's Year Up internship program for 8 years, managing 10 under-represented interns and hiring 5. Founding member, Global Communications Chair, and San Francisco President of Faithforce for 3 years, helping Salesforce reach the "#3 Most Faith Friendly" ranking in the Fortune 200. She was named a 2021 Ethical Use Trailblazer and is profiled in Marc Benioff's Trailblazer and Liz Wiseman's Rookie Smarts and Impact Players.
