As a thought leader in Federal, State and Local, public contracting., businesses, nonprofits, and consortiums seek my advice and counsel on complex and emerging issues in government contracts, compliance, audits, investigations, bid protests, REA, claims, and formal and informal litigation. I am the Past Section Chair of the American Bar Association Public Contract Law Section and Fellow of the PCLS. I am also Co-Chair of the National Defense Industrial Association Cyber Division Cyber Legal Regulatory Policy Committee. I also am a Director of The Procurement Roundtable.
