Design enhancements for Anesthesia billing module. -Member of a small, high functioning team that keeps software up to date with all regulatory changes, as well as enhancements to improve customer efficiency, while delivering on project timelines for over 400 customers.-Maintain quality and tracking procedures by reviewing release process after every release to improve efficiency and thoroughness.-Maintain less than 15% product defect escape rate and product defect backlog of less than 30 defects.-Liaison with contracted testers (train on tools, enhancements, assure completeness of their work).-Design Anesthesia enhancements to conform to regulatory requirements, and more efficient billing for customers (I.e., payment/adjustment enhancement saved rework, allowing customers to use resources on other functions).-Enhance fee module reducing customer file size by up to 91% and saved customers significant time on fee maintenance.-Contributor to New Account Collections module efficiency allowing customers to reduce cost on outside collection agencies, and to assign FTEs to new roles.
