I currently work as a special education teacher in a public elementary school on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. I provide services to children from 4-8 years old in the public school setting. These services include providing accommodations and modifications to the general education curriculum so my students are able to access the same materials as students in the general education setting. I also conduct assessments and evaluations to determine if students qualify for special education services when they are referred by their parents or teachers.
