An organizational maven who is always up for a new challenge, Susan Weingaertner has supported Johndrow Wealth Management since 2015. A warm, welcoming people-person, Susan’s responsibilities range from client customer service support to assisting with administrative support in the day-to-day operations of Johndrow Wealth Management.Susan launched her career in the financial industry as an accountant at Feldman, Gutterman & Meinberg, a small CPA firm located in New York. Upon relocating to Connecticut, Susan gained further experience at Whittlesey & Hadley, P.C., a mid-sized CPA firm, and then at Travelers Property Casualty Corp. before taking time off to raise her growing family.Throughout her career, Susan has overseen and maintained financial records for both corporate and not-for-profit organizations. Her experience in planning and overseeing audits, as well as directing audit staff, lends itself well to her current role, where she is responsible for creating efficiencies and managing workflows, maintaining calendars for the team, gathering client data and financial documents and assisting in various analysis. Susan proved monumental to the firm’s smooth operations and therefore was promoted after two years to Client Relationship Manager. In her spare time, Susan can be found outdoors with her husband Joseph and their dog Riley, curled up in a comfy chair with a new book or crocheting booties for our clients’ new additions. Their son, Jonathan, is pursuing his BA in political science and an MBA in Finance at Quinnipiac University. Their youngest son Matthew attends Middletown High School and is the lead drummer in both the high school's marching and jazz bands.Certifications:Susan holds FINRA Series 6 securities registration and earned her BS degree in Accounting at St. John’s University.
