• Intensive study of newly project erection drawings & cross check all drawings with BOQ and packing list before starting erection for variations of material if any.• Cross check Anchor bolts w.r.t drawings before casting.• Verifying and sorting out of all incoming materials to site w.r.t. BOQs, Drawings, physical conditions and site requirements.• Handling pre-execution meetings among Client, & Builders before starting site activities for proper planning & Preparing the Micro Schedule of the project in accordance with Pre-execution meeting requirements, site conditions and resources available.• Monitored the erection & sheeting of PEB that work is done accordance to project manuals and drafted drawings & checked that all quality and safety regulations are followed.• Monitor and implement safety measures and effective strategies to reduce risks.• Daily organize tool box talk, safety instructions & motivation programme at site.• Monitor PPE & ensure quality, follow safety procedure while working on height during erection activity. • Monitored consistently the actual programme of assigned task• Interact with client management and implementation management and maintain effective client relations at all levels with client organization. • Inspecting building on daily and weekly basis and reported to the higher officials.• Solving various practical problems at site.• Preparing ISO related reports and safety checklists if required.• Proper Closing of project after Taking Completion Certificate and Final payments from Client.
