Sushant is a Sales and Marketing professional having a total of 10 years of experience - 7 years into FMCG industry and 3 years into consulting.He is presently working as Trade Marketing Manager at Godfrey Phillips India Limited.He has worked at Dabur India Limited, managing channel/loyalty programs for Pan India across GT channels. Prior to this, he was working as Assistant Trade Marketing Manager at Dabur International, Dubai where he was managing BTL promotions for international business.He has previously worked at ITC limited into sales and distributor management where he was handling 15 distributors and managing a team of sales officers aiming to drive weighted distribution for beverage segment across Delhi-NCR.He has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management-Marketing and Finance. During his post graduate studies, he was actively involved in various extra curricular activities including acting as lead coordinator of Marketing Club, facilitating in organising many innovative activities.Sushant has done his summer internship in institutional sales with Parag Milk Foods. The internship aimed at creating brand awareness for the wide range of products offered by Parag Milk Foods and adding to the top line of the company. Prior to pursuing his Post Graduate Studies, Sushant was working as an Analyst in the Risk Consulting Practice at KPMG Global Services. He was majorly involved with SOX testing for US clients and preparing process narratives.He was also involved with the review of Financial Disclosure Program for a world renowned agency. The review aimed at identifying and mitigating conflict of interest. Prior to joining KPMG, he was working as a Consultant in the Risk and Advisory Practice at Protiviti Consulting. He has experience in conducting internal audit across diverse industries including Manufacturing, Telecom, NBFC's, and Real Estate. During his tenure at Protiviti, he had also travelled to Middle East as a part of team undertaking forensics review for a banking major.Sushant has completed his Bachelors of Business Administration from Jagannath International Management School affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He has also worked as a finance trainee in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) as a part of mandatory 8 weeks training as per requirements for the award of Bachelors degree.
